No. Invited users can start a 14-day trial before choosing a paid plan.
The trial starts when you accept an invitation. It needs no credit card and includes Expert features for up to 7 participants.
25 participants: €29 per Designer, 42 AI Credits, and 20 Meeting Bot hours. 100 participants: €99 per Designer, 167 AI Credits, and 30 Meeting Bot hours. 300 participants: €199 per Designer, 500 AI Credits, and 40 Meeting Bot hours.
One Designer seat is Expert. Two or more is Team. Your price is the participant-package price multiplied by your Designer seats.
Each Owner, Admin, or Designer uses one seat per customer account. Participants and guests do not use seats.
Expert and Team support up to 3 workspaces. There is no workspace fee.
Yes. Expert and Team will have shared workspace templates. Enterprise will also have managed templates. These features are coming soon.
Enterprise starts at €5,970/year. It has 3 Designer seats, 30 Facilitator seats, unlimited workspaces, training, and support.
Designers create and customize workshops. Enterprise Facilitators run workshops from approved templates. An extra Designer seat costs €1,990/year and adds 10 Facilitator seats.
Each person counts once. If someone is both a Designer and a Facilitator, they use one Designer seat.
Enterprise uses one annual invoice. Managed templates, central governance, and cross-workspace data controls are coming soon.
Trial, Expert, Team, and Enterprise. Starter does not.
Starter has 13 AI Credits and 2 Meeting Bot hours. Expert, Team, and Enterprise multiply both by the number of Designer seats. Each allowance applies only to the current plan month. On the monthly reset date, unused allowance expires and the full allowance starts again. It never carries over.
