Choose a plan

Use Account Plan to start a paid subscription from Alpha, a Trial, or an account with no active plan. For current prices, features, and plan limits, see Stormz pricing.

Choose your plan

1. Sign in and open Account Plan.
2. Click Choose a plan.
3. Choose the offer you want. For Expert/Team, select Participants per session and Designer seats.
4. Read any consequences shown below the offer, especially if you're moving from Alpha to Starter.
5. Click Change subscription on the offer to open Stripe checkout.
6. Review the final amount and complete payment on Stripe.

Stormz activates the paid plan after Stripe confirms payment. Returning from checkout without completing payment does not activate it. If you've paid and the page still shows your previous plan, refresh Account Plan; contact support if it still hasn't updated.

Understand designer seats

A designer seat covers someone who designs workshops. Workspace Owners, Admins, and people with the Designer role count toward usage. The same person counts once across all workspaces covered by your account. People who only join a workshop as participants don't use designer seats.

Account Plan shows both used seats and total seat capacity. The Designers list below it shows who uses the seats and which workspaces they can access.

For example, if you design workshops on your own, unused capacity in your Alpha plan doesn't mean you need to buy seats for people who haven't joined. The Alpha plan selector starts with your occupied designer seats. You can increase the quantity if you want room for colleagues.

Buying extra seats doesn't assign anyone to them automatically. Likewise, removing a Designer doesn't automatically reduce the quantity of a paid subscription. See Reduce designer seats.

Before moving from Alpha to Starter

This change affects workspace access as well as billing. Non-owner memberships are removed from the workspaces covered by your account, and workspaces other than your personal workspace become unavailable. Workspace ownership and workshop data are preserved.

If you can't choose a plan

If Account Plan shows Needs review, or a purchase can't be completed online, contact support. Don't create another account to work around a billing problem.
