Manage your AI & Bot Credits
AI & Bot Credits pay for AI actions and Meeting Bot time in Stormz.
Credits belong to the account, not to one workshop. People using workspaces covered by the same account share one balance.

Before an action starts
Stormz checks the shared balance before starting paid work.
An action with a set cost starts only when the balance can cover it. The Workshop AI Assistant and Meeting Bot check that enough credits are available before they start because their final cost is known later.
A long assistant request or Meeting Bot session can take the balance below zero. When that happens, no new paid work starts until credits are added.
When credits run low
Facilitators see the balance near AI controls. Stormz shows a warning when credits are low and a red message when there are not enough credits for the selected tool.
Participants do not see account or billing details. If paid AI work is unavailable, they only see a simple message asking them to try again later.
Background automations keep the participant's card and skip the paid action when there are not enough credits.
Add credits
Credits may come from:
- the account's plan
- a grant from Stormz
- an available one-time Alpha top-up
The Alpha top-up appears in the warning when the signed-in facilitator owns the account and the top-up has not been used.
See Stormz pricing for plan allowances and credit pack availability.
Check the balance and activity
Open AI & Bot Credits in your account to see:
- the current account balance
- credits added to the account
- credits used by AI and Meeting Bot
The activity covers the whole account, so it can include work from several linked workspaces.
