AI Credits and Meeting Bot time
Stormz plans include two separate usage allowances:
- AI Credits are for AI features.
- Meeting Bot time is for the Meeting Bot.
They are separate. Using the Meeting Bot does not use AI Credits. Using an AI feature does not use Meeting Bot time.
How the allowances work
- Your plan includes a set amount of each allowance.
- Workspaces covered by the same plan share the allowances.
- Team allowances increase with the number of paid Designers.
- Most plans refresh the allowances each month.
- A Trial includes one allowance for the full Trial.
- Unused allowance does not carry over.
See Stormz pricing for the amounts included with each plan.
What uses AI Credits?
| AI feature | Cost |
|---|---|
| Generate an image | 6 AI Credits |
| Import cards from a photo | 2 AI Credits |
| Read text from a document image | 2 AI Credits |
| Stack cards with AI | 2 AI Credits per analysis |
| Auto-tag a card | 1 AI Credit |
| Proofread a card | 1 AI Credit |
| Translate a card | 1 AI Credit |
| Create a classification draft | 1 AI Credit |
| Find a location from card text | 1 AI Credit |
| Workshop AI Assistant | Depends on use; you need at least 5 AI Credits to start |
Stormz uses AI Credits only after an AI feature completes successfully. For AI stacking, the cost covers the analysis, even if it finds no cards to stack together or some stacks cannot be saved.
Indexing cards for related search and opening the results do not use AI Credits.
How is Meeting Bot time counted?
Meeting Bot time is counted in started minutes. For example, a session that lasts 12 minutes and 10 seconds uses 13 Meeting Bot minutes.
You need at least 10 Meeting Bot minutes to start a new bot. A bot that has already started can finish normally.
What happens when an allowance runs out?
New work that uses that allowance stops until the next refresh. The other allowance still works.
For example:
- If AI Credits run out, the Meeting Bot can still work.
- If Meeting Bot time runs out, AI features can still work.
Background AI actions keep the participant's card and skip only the AI step. Participants do not see account or plan details.
Where can I check my usage?
After you create an account, open Account allowances to see:
- your remaining AI Credits;
- your remaining Meeting Bot time;
- when the allowances refresh;
- recent usage for the account.
The page includes usage from all workspaces covered by the same plan.
