Organize new cards with auto-tagging

Let Stormz add useful tags to new participant cards.

Auto-tagging helps you spot themes without sorting every card by hand.

When a participant creates a card, Stormz reads its text and adds relevant tags from the workshop. It can also create a useful new tag when needed.

Turn on auto-tagging

  1. Open AI & Automations from the Facilitator Bar.
  2. Find When a card is created.
  3. Turn on Auto tag card.
  4. Select Apply changes.

Auto-tagging now runs on new cards in the current activity. It does not change cards that already exist.

Review the result

Open the Tag cloud view to see common themes. Select a tag to return to the participant cards behind it.

Keep your tag list focused. Remove tags that do not help the conversation.

AI Credits

Auto-tagging uses AI Credits. If there are not enough current-period AI Credits, Stormz keeps the card and skips the tag action.

Locations

Place new text cards on a map from the locations people mention.
